- What is booxies?
Booxies is gift boxes of books paired with premium Australian products. We partner with eco-friendly, sustainable and ethical brands to deliver not only premium products but also to make sure we deliver a product that doesn’t cost the earth
- What comes in a booxie?
Every one of our Booxies contains at least one book from your preferred genre with some premium Australian products that are carefully selected. <Click here> to see our full collection and the description of each booxie.
- How does booxies work?
- Standard booxies
We have a number of standard boxes themed for your convenience. You can select one of our standard boxes then select your preferred book genre and we will make sure we will pick a great book and deliver to you or to your mate.
- Limited Edition booxies
We also have limited edition Booxies that come with pre-selected book for an even easier experience. You can see our limited-edition collection <here>
- Build your own Booxies
You can choose to build your own booxie <here>. You can select up to 2 books and up to 3 products and we will happily deliver your unique booxie anywhere in Australia
- Subscription Mystery Booxies
Mystery Booxies change every month. They are smaller boxes that contain a myster book from your chosen genre, sparkling water, 2x tea pyramids and a myster Australian product (or more). You can purchase a one off Mystery Booxie or subscribe tand save. Monthly or bi-monthly frequency available.
Mystery booxies are dispatched first week of each month.
- Can I request a specific book in my booxie?
Of course you can. As long as it is in our collections. You can do so in two ways
- Go to our <books collections> and select a book from there then build your own booxie around it. Or
- Select one of our standard booxies and let us know if you are after a specific book in the notes at checkout time
- Do you include a receipt with your delivered Booxies?
No need to worry - we never include physical invoices/receipts with prices inside our parcels.
All of this information is only included in your order confirmation email receipt, which is sent directly to your inbox upon checking out.
Please note: for international orders shipped outside of Australia, we are required to declare a value and description of the goods contained inside the parcel, and this is printed on the label.
Shipping and Return
Standard Delivery:
We offer flat rate standard shipping Australia and NZ
Standard shipping may arrive in 3-9 business days if you are located in VIC, NSW, ACT, Sa or QLD. And may arrive in 5-12 business days if you are located in NT, WA or TAS. But it often arrives much earlier than that.
Express Delivery:
A flat rate express shipping is available in Australia, and will be charged at checkout. Express shipping will arrive in 1-3 business days if you are located in VIC, NSW, ACT, SA or QLD. And will arrive in 3-5 business days if you are located in NT, WA or TAS.
Same Day Delivery (Courier):
We offer same day delivery in Metro Melbourne with approx radius of 35k from our Glen Iris Studio. Available regular business days only. Orders must be placed by 12pm for same day delivery.
Same Day VIP Delivery (Courier):
We offer VIP same day delivery within 100km of our Glen Iris Studio. This may cover Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley and similar areas. Think of it like an Uber ride for your gift. Available regular business days only. Orders must be placed by 12pm for same day delivery.
Please Note delivery days are counted as working business days only (no delivery on weekends or public holidays)
- Can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email which will allow you to track your order
- Do you ship Worldwide?
We currently ship all over Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, USA, UAE, UK, Japan and South Korea. But we are working on it and we would let you know as soon as we are ready. Become a friend of booxies to stay up to date <sign up>

- I placed the wrong order. Can I cancel or change?
Yes you can as long as you contact us before we dispatch your item. Please contact us on hello@booxies.com with your order ID number
- I received a booxie but I have the same book, can I return it?
You can exchange the book you received with a book of your choice from our collection. Please contact us on hello@booxies.com with the details within 30 days of the purchase. We can only exchange the book if it’s been returned in its original condition.
Please note, and due to OH&S reasons, all accompanying products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are not of a satisfactory quality or if items received do not match the description ordered. In that case, please send us an email to hello@booxies.com

- Can I customise my order?
We have ‘Build Your Own’ option if you want something out of the standard box. But if that’s not what you after, please send us an email on hello@booxies.com with your requirements and let us help you make them happen
